I’m Attily
Colorado is my home, the land that raised me as much as anything else. I grew up rooted in soil and sun, with nature as my first language and the wild as my most honest mirror.
My early life handed me initiations I didn't ask for. Grief. Loss. The kind of unraveling that leaves you standing in a landscape you no longer recognize, with no trail and no guide. I found my way through the only way I knew, I went to the land. I wandered. I listened. And slowly, across continents, cultures and seasons and years, the earth showed me how to find myself in the places I felt most lost.
I didn't choose this work. I answered an inner calling so loud I could hear nothing else.
I am a certified Nature Connected Coach, Herbalist, Ceremonialist, and a Regenerative Farmer — AND I am a woman who has crossed many thresholds and learned, again and again, that the darkest passages lead somewhere luminous.
I am here because I know firsthand what it is like to walk the unmapped terrain of the underworld.
I am here because I could not be anywhere else.
I am here, because I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty.
I am here, living my soul-directed life.

Nature Rooted Soul Coaching
Soul-directed living, rooted in the wild intelligence of nature.
This is sustained, deeply personal work — not a program with a predetermined destination, but a living partnership shaped by what your soul needs in each season of life. We meet primarily on the land, with nature as our co-guide and your own wild knowing as our compass.
Drawing from a rich weave of modalities, we work with the whole of you — not just the parts you understand, but the ones that haven't yet found language. Grief is tended with reverence. Thresholds and initiations are honored in ceremony. The body is supported through the entire journey with the medicine of plants. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is left at the surface. Your most alive, most authentic self finds her way back to the surface.

I am a certified Nature Connected Coach (Earth Based Institute), certified ceremony and rites of passage guide, and certified herbalist. In my work with clients I incorporate nature connection practices, ceremony and ritual, grief tending, herbal plant healing, a root cause approach, parts work, somatic & body-based work, trauma-informed coaching, dream tending, cyclical mapping/ living, mindfulness, meditation, wilderness tracking, neuroscience, and intuitive healing.
